SL1 Premier Player Picked Monday, May 10th, 2066 Jal Blue Birds center fielder Mike Phillips had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the Sub League 1 named him Player of the Week. Phillips banged out 9 hits in 21 at-bats on the way to a .429 batting average. He also racked up 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Phillips is hitting .254 this year with 5 home runs and 27 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .283, 7 walks and scored 15 times. |
