O'Houlaghan Cracks 5 Hits Tuesday, April 13th, 2066 What a day for Carl O'Houlaghan of the Lower Allen Wildfires! A 5-hit hitting spree! That doesn't happen every day! He ripped North York pitching apart at Wildfires Ballpark and sparked the Wildfires to a 23-2 victory. He wrote his name in the record books, finishing his special day 5 for 6. "I'm usually a first ball hitter," O'Houlaghan told BNN reporters in the postgame press conference. "I think pitchers think batters are going to let the first one go by. I never do. I've always found that it's better to pull the trigger early in the count. Pitchers get real nasty when they get ahead of you, so I try to avoid that." Carl O'Houlaghan struck out in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 6th and doubled in the 8th.
