Hit Parade: McDonald Pops 5 Hits Tuesday, May 12th, 2065 On top of the Oaklawn-Sunview hit parade today was Michael McDonald. He went to the plate 5 times and marched away with 5 hits, sparking the Thunderbolts to a 13-1 victory over the Arlington Silversides. The sweet swinging catcher told reporters, "Each time I went to the plate, I was thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere. When I focus on that, I usually have quality at-bats." The skipper of the Silversides wailed to the press, "Too much plate. Not the way we planned it. Any hitter in the league will rip you when you do that."
