Morrow Strokes 5 Hits Tuesday, April 27th, 2066 Who needs batting practice? Ronald Morrow of Twin Lakes apparently doesn't as he battered Huntington Beach with a 5-hit outburst in today's game to lead his club to a 16-4 win. He told the press after the game, "And I didn't even take BP today. I think I have been taking too many swings before game and decided to take a day off. Wow, this was really something... a 5 for 6 day... will my name be in the record books now?" Ronald Morrow hit a two-run double in the 1st, flied out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run single in the 5th, singled in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Ernesto Rodríguez in the 8th. To date this year Morrow is batting .354 with 7 home runs. |
