Ashe Bags SL2 Best Player Award Monday, May 10th, 2066 Troy Ashe of the Laredo Mallets had an outstanding week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Sub League 2. For the week the 23-year-old left fielder batted .500 (10-20) with 2 home runs and 11 RBIs. This season Ashe is swinging the bat at a .341 rate with 47 hits in 138 at-bats. To date he has hit 7 home runs, scored 24 runs and driven in 35. |
