It will also show that center fielder Patrick Caswell went 3-for-3 for the Brewers. It will not show, however, that Caswell reached the 2500-hit mark for his career. The 37-year-old Caswell reflected on the achievement after the game. He mused: "In one respect, it's a real milestone, I guess. Yet, it's just a base hit like any other base hit." Career-to-date Caswell has rung up a .308 average, played in 2056 games and collected 598 doubles, 83 triples and 355 home runs. |
